We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, free of defects and wear, with tags and in its original packaging.
Abut will accept returns and/or refunds on these products as long as they are sold and shipped by Abut and are in their initial condition as received. Any product damaged by customer misuse, missing parts, or unsellable as a result of customer tampering will be refused return and/or refund and a shipping fee will be charged.
New, used and refurbished products from sellers within the Abut website are subject to each seller's return policy.
For any product covered by a manufacturer's published warranty, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer with questions or warranty claims.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, as well as wholesale products.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the paid cost of the product to your original payment method, or via store credit. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Abut will accept returns and/or refunds of these products as long as they are in their initial condition as received.
Baby products
Breast pumps must be returned unused, in their original, intact condition and packaging.
Clothes and accessories
Abut will accept returns and/or refunds of these products as long as they are in their initial condition as received.
Collectibles
Abut will accept returns and/or refunds of these products as long as they are in their initial condition as received with all documents and certificates of authenticity, classification and appraisal must be returned along with the product.
All products returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Electronics, cell phones and appliances
Abut will accept returns and/or refunds of these products as long as they are in their initial state as received and that upon inspection Abut can prove that they are returned for not having started when they arrived to the customer.
Products with a price greater than US$ 100 must be inspected at the delivery site with the client. The customer must remove the product from the box and check that it is correct and not damaged. If the product is incorrect or damaged, Abut staff will arrange a replacement or refund.
In the case of products with a price greater than US$ 100, the customer may return them to the nearest Abut fulfillment center or commercial office, or to a delivery point determined by Abut.
Any product damaged by customer misuse, missing parts, or unsellable as a result of customer tampering will be rejected and the item returned to the customer with an additional shipping charge.
Digital products
Abut will not accept returns and/or refunds on these products.
Art
Abut will accept returns and/or refunds of these products as long as they are found in initial condition as received in the original product packaging and the respective certificates of authenticity and appraisal.
Artwork that is returned without original documentation will be rejected or that is damaged or altered in any way after delivery will be rejected.
Furniture
Abut will accept returns and/or refunds of these products as long as they are in their initial state as received and that upon inspection Abut can prove that they are not returned due to manufacturing defects when they arrived to the customer.
